3Eligibility and Account Registration

3.2 Account Security

Pay for services as agreed upon with Providers.
Not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or false reviews.

5Payments, Fees, and Financial Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

Profinders may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
You agree to comply with their terms and any applicable financial regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS).

5.2 Fees

Clients may be charged service fees for bookings.
Providers may be subject to commission fees or subscription charges.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Disputes & Chargebacks

Disputes between Clients and Providers should be resolved directly.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.
